Arilton Teixeira has a PhD in economics from the University of Minnesota, USA. He has worked as a professor and researcher in the Brazilian Capital Markets Institute. Actually he is a professor and the Academic Director of the Fucape Business School and the director of the Fucape Consulting. He is the editor of the Brazilian Economic Review, Brazilian Finance Review and Brazilian Business Review. He is being working with economic growth and international economics.
Moisés Balassiano is Associate Professor at FUCAPE Business School. Got his Undergraduate degree in Statistics from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, M.Sc. in Transportation Engineer from COPPE/UFRJ, M.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Has worked as researcher for COPPE/UFRJ, full professor at Getulio Vargas Foundation and as a consultant for ACT Corp. in a project on Basic Skills for FIEMG in Minas Gerais state. He has papers published in Brazil and abroad. Is co-author of a book “Gestão de Carreiras: dilemas e perspectivas”. Principal investigator of a national research ranking Brazilian cities on their capabilities to leverage workers’ careers, edited yearly by Você S/A magazine. Current research interest is on careers related issues, Y generation and the way people perceive probabilistic phrases in reports, under a transcultural perspective, along with Fordham University (USA).
Emerson Wagner Mainardes is Ph.D. in Management (UBI, Covilhã/Portugal, 2010), Associate Professor at FUCAPE Business School, Vitória/ES, Brazil. His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Marketing Management (FURB, Blumenau/SC/Brazil, 2007), specialization in Management, and degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a teacher and researcher in Strategic Management and Marketing. He is a research fellow in NECE (Núcleo de Estudos em Ciências Empresariais). Expertise: Strategic Management and Marketing.

Cristiano M. Costa is Associate Professor at FUCAPE Business School, received his PhD from the University of Pennsylvania and has taught here at FUCAPE since 2010. His research focuses on the application of quantitative methods to evaluate the effects of investment on educational abilities (both cognitive and non-cognitive) on labor market outcomes. He has also worked on a variety of other microeconomic topics ranging from corporate finance to the economic causes of criminality.
Bruno Felix von Borell de Araujo is Ph.D. in Business in Administration (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie), Master in Business Strategy and Bachelor in Business Administration (Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro). Bruno has worked in HR positions in companies like Michelin, FCCSA and Quaker Chemical. He is now a professor, researcher and consultant, working primarily with the following topics: Brazilian Culture and Cross-Cultural Management.
José Teófilo Oliveira is PhD in Economics from Purdue University (1972), Finance Secretary of the State of Espirito Santo (SEFAZ / ES 1987-1991 and 2003-2008), Chairman of the Board of the State Bank of Espírito Santo (BANESTES 2003-2008), Deputy Superintendent of the Planning Institute of Governmental Management (IPLAN/IPEA 1979 to 1985).
Marcilio Rodrigues Machado is PhD in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, NSU, United States (2002), Director of the Company Famex Commercial Import and Export Ltda. Director of Sindex – Syndicated Business Foreign Trade of the Espírito Santo. He has experience in Administration, with emphasis in International Business, acting on the following topics: information technology, foreign trade, strategy, logistics and development.
