Calendar – Spring 2012

The Spring 2012 LeArn To calendar features some of the most interesting events on offer in the Roman artistic and cultural landscape.

The first appointment is with the retrospective “Dali: an artist, a genius” on display at the Vittoriano; following, there is a visit to J.W. Goethe’s Roman home, where he resided during what he considered to be the most important stage of his Grand Tour.

Other prestigious encounters with art will be: “The Guggenheim: The American Avant-garde 1945 – 1980” at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, and “Mirò! Poetry and light” at the Chiostro del Bramante. Two examples of the symbolic and communicative power of art, important input in the development of innovative and effective communication channels.

Lastly, for a journey back in time that ends with our art history, the last encounter will take place at the Scuderie del Quirinale, to visit the exhibition dedicated to Tintoretto, the 16th century painting innovator.
