Giuditta Alessandrini is professor of Social Pedagogy and Work Pedagogy at the Department of Educational Science, University of Roma Tre, where she teaches since 1980.She is President of Degree Course in Educational Science.
For over ten years, Caterina Banella was member of the board of directors and Customer Account Manager with Hill and Knowlton Gaia (now hkstrategies Rome), a company specialising in sustainability and corporate social responsibility communication for the WPP multinational group.
Her origins are half Scottish and Italian. Specialised in Strategic Planning at Miami Advertising School, she worked in Italy and abroad for International advertising agencies such us Atletico (Grey Worldwide) Barcelona for Audi, Euro RSCG Milan for Nastro Azzurro and the New Business team, at GHMC London for Colgate and Palmolive.
He is the Founder and Strategic Director of OnScreen Communication, a company that deals in creativity, multimedia production and technological transfer for Marketing and Communication, Andrea Bellezza has always been interested in the interaction between organisational growth and technological, process and language innovation.
Ilaria has been working in corporate communications for more than 15 years. She created her own brand, i.e. Comuneco, with which she works as a corporate consultant for businesses and public bodies. She is media relations consultant for Toyota Motor Italy.
Clio Bulgarella is the Director of the international pop‐up gallery Kunsthaus. She graduated in Psychology at the Sapienza University in Rome after significant academic experiences abroad at the Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis, the University College of Dublin, and the Columbia University Business School in New York.
Stefania Capogna holds a PhD in Social and Organisational Systems and Public Policy Analysis and teaches General Sociology at the Organisational and Management Science Graduate Course of the Tuscia University. She also teaches Marketing and Communication at the European Design Institute.
Professor of “Sociology of work and organizations”, Director of the Master in “Organizational and managerial processes in autonomy school” and Coordinator of the Research Laboratories in the Department of Educational Sciences at the University Roma Tre and Coordinator of the Observatory on school autonomy and Professor of “Business Communication and Humane Resources Management” at the LUISS Guido Carli University.
Alessandra Corradini has a degree in economics and a master’s degree in cultural anthropology from the University of Rome La Sapienza , supplemented by training in psychological counseling and professional coaching and NLP Timeline. Cosmopolitan, she speaks fluently four languages and has developed an international career in large companies.
Robert Christofferson is a change management consultant and faculty member of the Rome Business School where he teaches Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Among the companies and organizations that have used his services are General Electric, Electrolux, Beneteau, Abbott, Merck-Serono, Volvo, DSM, United Nations (FAO/UNIDO) and the Italian Public Administration.
Psychologist of work and organization since 1992, later specialized in “Corporate Coaching”, Outdoor Training and Safety in the workplace, since 1996 consultant for different companies, from public to private, from small to large Companies.
Vittorio de Pedys
Holding a degree magna cum laude in Economics, Vittorio De Pedys is a renowned teacher and expert in finance and other managerial subjects. Besides his other teaching jobs at the Rome Business School, he is currently Affiliate professor of Finance at ESCP Europe’s Turin campus. He lectures on a whole array of finance topics, from a Fundamentals of Finance and Advanced Corporate Finance course to student courses and executive education.
Gilles Demonet holds a PhD in musicology, Origin and functions of music director in contemporary France from the Université Paris-Sorbonne. He has over 17 years of teaching experiences in the fields of Arts, Music and Cultures. He is now a Deputy Director of Musicology Research Institute (IReMus).
Francesco Di Castri
Francesco Di Castri earned a Master of Business Administration at the Bocconi University of Milan, with specialisation in Marketing. He is an training expert for professional operating in B2B and B2C markets. He has a 36 years experience in sales and marketing in several sectors and companies.
Andrea Febbraio, Co-founder and Europe VP Sales for Ebuzzing, a European leading company for online video advertising. Andrea is a very well – known entreprenuer within digital advertising field. In 2007 he founded Promodigital, a company which in a very short time, has become a leader in the Italian market for buzz marketing.
He earned his Law degree at the University of Catania with a dissertation on the influence of the cinematographic media on the evolution of lawmaking. As a professional cinema and theatrical actor, he is active in many communication, PNL and public speaking courses (among which, a simulation lab for Company Management organised by the Catania Confcommercio agency, the “Master24” Communication and Company Management course sponsored by the “Sole 24 Ore” newspaper and the Public Speaking Course at the HRD Training Group).
Raffaella Gazzaniga is an expert in company and web communication and currently works as e-commerce manager in ENEL’s Market Division’s Mass Market Sales Business Area.Among the positions she has held are:Responsible for Marketing & Sales Process Operational Excellency at ENEL;Responsible for Gas Business Communication at ENEL;
Paolo Guazzotti has 15 years professional experience as consultant and trainer in the fields of organizational and resource development, organizational training, analysis and redesigning and subjects linked to Change Management in projects pertaining to the restructuring and implementation of integrated ERP IT systems and in the field of mergers, acquisitions and internationalizations of companies, including coordinating roles in complex projects.
Anna’s professional background includes consulting in Marketing and Business Strategy, as well as scientific research on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology Transfer for MIT (USA), Skoltech (Russia), and European Investment Bank (EU), and she currently works as an independent consultant and coach for individual entrepreneurs and start-ups helping them to create and launch successful products and services.
Having graduated magna cum laude in 2007 at the Modern Literature Faculty of the University of Catania, between 2009 and 2012 she specialised in the field of cultural communication at the Confcommercio agency and at the Italian Research Academy where, in her capacity of member of the Privacy and Development Lab within the office of the Personal Data Protection Guarantor, she earned a Master’s degree in Audiovisual Communication.
He graduated in Law at Bocconi University. Thanks to his work ethic and his deep passion for Web & Social Media as tools to engage citizens, at the age of 25 he started working in the world of Politics.
Josephine Luzon is Finance Manager at Bioversity International, the world’s largest international research organization dedicated solely to the conservation and use of agricultural biodiversity (a member of the CGIAR, which is part of the World Bank group). She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Aroop Mahanty, Phd, is an American National who has studied and taught in the States and in other countries such as Germany, Italy, Holland, Mexico, India and the US Virgin Islands. His post-doctoral training on teaching economics was at the graduate school of business of the University of Chicago, prior to his Ph.D. from Colorado State University.
Massimo Mangia is 54 years old and has more than 30 years of experience in health ICT market. In this area he had different roles both technical – software developer, analyst, designer, educator,
project manager – both commercial – salesman, marketing director.
Marika Mannino graduated in Social Sciences, Communication and Mass Media, in 2001 at the La Sapienza University of Rome. In 2003, having spent time in the U.S.A. and France thanks to grants, she started to work in teaching and training at the Catania University. At the same time, she kept up her company experience in the Sales and Marketing sector. In 2008, she earned an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration at the MIB School of Management of Trieste.

Melanie Mueller is an education specialist; specialising in working together with corporate companies in providing an educational career pathway for staff. Melanie works as a business partner in developing a course mapping strategy, writing and applying for government course accreditations, writing of delivery and assessment resources and the creation of on-line training programs.
Mario Valerio Nocenzi
Mario Valerio Nocenzi graduated in Economics and Management for Arts, Culture, and Communication from the Bocconi University; he then specialised in Business Administration from the same Bocconi University, New York University and the Maastricht School of Business.
Sile holds a BA (Hons) in International Marketing and Languages (Spanish and French) from Dublin City University and achieved a Master’s Degree in Chinese during her time in China. She teaches sociology of the workplace and organisations, transcultural communication and entrepreneurial psychology al MBA level. Since 2006, she has been working as a Personal Development Trainer. She designs and teaches courses in personal and professional empowerment in the U.S. and Europe. She speaks English, French, Spanish, Italian and Chinese. She has many years experience in multicultural environments and is an expert in communications strategies.
Monica has been worked in multinationals as Starbuck’s Hard Rock Cafè and Kintetsu International, even though she finally decided to star to run her own business. She has a long experience in event organization, human resources management, customer care, promotional campaign, branding, marketing and communication. She is also a trainer for several Business Schools and institutions.
Riccardo Orfei made his long career in the ICT field, starting as a system engineer (1974). Later (1987) he was appointed technical area manager and finally project manager, leading small to large size projects.
Stefano Orfei, graduated in Political Science at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP®/PMI®) and a member of the PMI® Rome Italy Chapter. He started his professional career in the field of marketing, and since 1998 has been dealing with consultancy and managerial training.
Stefano Origlia, 1980, is an Italian senior consultant with more than a decade spent in the fields of political consulting and public affairs. His know-how ranges from the design and management of old-media campaigns and political branding operations to the building of large motivated communities through traditional and digital tools.
Elio Pangallozzi is a strategy expert who works as a political consultant for Members of the Italian Parliament, political party administrators and coordinators, associations and political movements. He particularly focuses on the dynamics of setting up, managing and governing the consensus.
Paolo Petrocelli is driven by the conviction that music can be a positive force for change in our world. As a music diplomacy ambassador, he serves in institutional roles to forge bonds through music in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the US.
Ilijana Petrovska, PhD, is an Assistant professor lecturing several courses in the field of Marketing as: Principles of Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Intro to E-commerce, Advertising, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and Cases in marketing. She is a consultant at EBRD BAS Macedonia implementing Market research projects and providing Executive education in Marketing. Her research area are mainly in Integrated marketing communications, Marketing in Banking, Measuring Marketing, Social media, Branding, Marketing for Entrepreneurship and Quality education.
Paolo Pettenello, Industrial Engineer aged 52. He is an Entrepreneur & Manager and he has earned a +26-year experience in International Business Administration. Since 2013, he is focused on International Trade & Development across Information Technology and Hi-Tech industries. He has a portfolio of SME’s and Start-up’s and he is working as Temporary Manager & Principal Advisor to the CEO. He is coaching Entrepreneurs & Managers on business planning, commercial execution and team working while also teaching at Business Schools.
Professor David Pollon has been teaching courses in Finance, Accounting and Economics since 2003. He currently teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate level at universities in Rome, Paris, Grenoble and Casablanca. Before entering the academic world, Professor Pollon made his career in the international financial arena working for The Walt Disney Company. After serving as Finance Director at company headquarters in Los Angeles, he became Finance Director in the UK and then Italy, where he was in charge of all cinema, video and DVD financial operations.
Michela Pittaluga holds a PhD in History of Art achieved at the Courtauld Institiute of Art – University of London – and she has had the chance to enhance the main area of the History of Art and the Art Market either through academic and professional experiences. She has taught the Foundation course (History of art from Ancient Greek to Contemporary Art) at the Courtauld Institute of Art, worked for the publishing of the two catalogues of the entire art collection of the Banca Carige in Genova and worked at the Università degli Studi di Genova in the Administrative Department for the conservation of the Artistic Heritage.
Crina Pungulescu holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Tilburg University (The Netherlands) and her research focuses on the integration of financial markets, international portfolio choice and emerging markets. Her research has been published in various academic journals, such as the Journal of International Money and Finance, European Financial Management and Emerging Markets Review. As a lecturer, she has taught Corporate Finance and Asset Pricing courses in universities and business schools from several European countries.
Antonio Ragusa has a Master in Business Administration from London’s Imperial College Business School, further specializing in marketing at the London School of Economics and in communications at Rome’s LUISS Business School. He teaches managerial disciplines at many Universities and Research Centers, such as the ROMA TRE University, LUISS Guido Carli, Salamanca University, the European School of Economics and Business International.
As a founding partner of the TesiConsulting Group, he has worked as a consultant and teacher for People strategy; he is an associate and journalist of the Il Denaro Publishing Group and he is President of the Denaro Ricerca e Formazione (Money Research and Training) association.
In partnership with Tesi, he has operated for over 30 years in organisations and development projects for the enhancement of competitiveness and value generation. He is senior consultant for GSO (DISC certified).
Pina Sabatino has over 14 years of Human Resource Management experience and can boast a versatile track record across varying industries in increasingly responsible management roles.She currently works as an International Trainer, Coach and HR Consultant.
In few years of work experience Federico has got the international mindset as well as the work-ethic to stand out in the Italian digital landscape. He has already been recruited from Sapienza – University of Rome as the youngest digital communication teacher for a Post-Graduate Training. So he has already tasted the digital education field by learning how to communicate both theoretical knowledge and practical tools grabbed from my day-by-day professional environment.
Simone Sgueo, graduated in Science of communication and Sociology of Human Resources, both at “La Sapienza” university, in Rome. He worked for Job Agency, Local Company, in consultancy as HR Expert or Trainer, in Philip Morris as HR Senior Analyst, and then since 2010 he’s the HR Head of Unit for Save the Children Italy ONLUS-NGO.
Almost 14 years of experience, first as a Satellite and Digital Terrestrial TV executive and then as a Digital entrepreneur with strong focus on sales. I’ve had a very eclectic career so far, developing many different skills both in the digital content and marketing field.
Laura was born in Italy and currently lives in Roma where she also completed her Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Master in Organizational Psychology. To have a sound understanding of the overall business environment, she completed some programs at Harvard Business School and then a General Management Program at IMD (Lausanne).
James Whittle is a writer and marketing professional who has been working in an online context since the early days of the Web. He began his online career editing the world’s first online trading portal in Connecticut, US, and has also worked in Hong Kong, Thailand, Ireland, the UK and Italy. Organisations to which he has brought his expertise include BMW, the UK Government, Serco, GfK, and SDL International.
John Steven Wyse
John Steven Wyse has a Master in International Relations from Rutgers University (USA) and an International Master of Business Administration from Nyenrode University (Netherlands). He is also currently finalizing his Ph.D studies at the Rotterdam School of Management, inRotterdam, the Netherlands. His teaching areas of specialization are Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
