Paolo GuazzottiPaolo Guazzotti has 15 years professional experience as consultant and trainer in the fields of organizational and resource development, organizational training, analysis and redesigning and subjects linked to Change Management in projects pertaining to the restructuring and implementation of integrated ERP IT systems and in the field of mergers, acquisitions and internationalizations of companies, including coordinating roles in complex projects.

Besides his consultancy activity, he has also taken on teaching activities in role and managerial training courses for customers as:

He is a partner in the Director Consultancy Master Team, being responsible for the International partnerships of Persona Global Inc., a major U.S. consultancy and training company in Change Management (with a network of 1,200 consultants in 60 countries) and for coordinating innovation and in house implementation of new methods with customers.
