Stefania Capogna

Stefania CapognaStefania Capogna holds a PhD in Social and Organisational Systems and Public Policy Analysis and teaches General Sociology at the Organisational and Management Science Graduate Course of the Tuscia University. She also teaches Marketing and Communication at the European Design Institute. She is a social researcher in the field of education, communication, training and distance learning processes.

She has 15 years of professional experience in personal and organisational empowerment actions and is an expert in training needs analysis, competency balancing, monitoring and evaluation. She works as a SIO certified orientation advisor and as a SICoF Philosophy Counsellor. Among her most recent publications are:
