Business Analysis is the application of knowledge, competencies, tools, and techniques to frame business issues and identify business needs; identify and suggest possible solutions to meet those needs; elicit, document, and manage stakeholder requirements to achieve project objectives; and facilitate project or programme product, service, or result realization. The course is aimed at enabling participants to acquire the knowledge of business analysis tools, techniques and models. To enable the participants to easily apply each tool or technique to the correct elicitation or analysis need, the description of the various models will be structured on the various areas of business analysis. Practical exercises will be scheduled.
