Josephine Luzon is Finance Manager at Bioversity International, the world’s largest international research organization dedicated solely to the conservation and use of agricultural biodiversity (a member of the CGIAR, which is part of the World Bank group). She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
