Michele Crippa, gastronomist and professor of history and culture of cuisine at the main international culinary institutes. He graduated in Gastronomic Sciences from the University of Pollenzo – Bra. He attended the Master Course in “Food Quality management and communication” at the University of Pisa and he is specializing in the promotion of the Italian food and gastronomic heritage at the University of Padua. He is a Lead Auditor on quality management systems and he is a technical consultant and marketing manager for renowned companies in the agri-food sector. He collaborates with various newspapers and TV as gastronomic consultant for the content
conception and production of new formats. He is one of the main promoters of street food events and he is co-founder of the Street Food
Academy, the first Italian school of the sector. He is an organic liquor producer.
